We’ve been made aware that users are experiencing an error upon trying to enter the Community and when visiting Help Center Articles. (see image below).
If your team member is having trouble visiting AuditBoard Community, Academy, or the Help Center, please advise the following:
First visit your AuditBoard instance (environment), go to the bottom left corner of the screen, select the ? mark, and select Community to enter.
