Hi AuditBoard Community!
Excited to announce we’ve made significant enhancements to the way you submit product feedback. Previously, customers could submit feedback in-app via the question mark> Submit Feedback pop-up AND on the AuditBoard Community in the Share>Ideas Section. Moving forward, we are deprecating the in-app feedback feature in favor of centralizing customer ideas and feedback on our products in the community. This will allow us to maintain a single source of truth for all of your fantastic ideas and provide additional visibility around the status of ideas and feedback we consider for inclusion in our products. Another benefit is the ability to track product ideas and feedback you’ve submitted via My Profile > posts/replies (whereas before, with the in-app feedback, there was no way to track after submitting).
Now that customer ideas and feedback reside entirely within the community, we’ve improved how you submit the information to us. We’ve created a form with required questions to be filled out when submitting feedback to the AuditBoard team. When you visit the Ideas Section, select Suggest An Idea, and a form will populate with questions on your job function (title), feedback and/or idea, and if you have a preferred solution.
We highly suggest customers include the following:
- Your use case
- How this problem affects job function (or team efficiency)
- Details on steps taken prior to or after the problem, essentially what led to this product experience or what is the outcome you were expecting and why/what is the need?
- Any relevant screenshots or references, if possible (highly recommended)
Including as many details as possible will give AuditBoard product and engineering teams important context, they need to understand your product experience fully in order to craft smart solutions. From us on the community team - we want you to know that we feel you are the audit and risk professionals who will shape the future of this industry. We highly value your ideas and feedback and take our roles as stewards of these submissions very seriously.
With a more succinct workflow to consolidate feedback to our teams, AuditBoard can continue to deliver better products driven by customer feedback. All users are highly encouraged to submit ideas and share feedback.
If there's an idea you’ve read that resonates with your product experience, make sure to kudos the ones you want to see developed by our teams. The more kudos' an idea has, the more likely product and engineering can qualify the level of necessity for that product idea across our users. Users are welcome to comment on the Ideas post as well with their experience tackling this problem or how much an enhancement could positively impact their AuditBoard experience.
Giving a “kudo” is our version of a “like!”
