Our team is thrilled to announce Community Office Hours, an additional resource available for you and your teams to make the most of AuditBoard. Community Office Hours are weekly live Q & A sessions hosted by the Community team, featuring special guests from Customer Success and Support to provide best practices and recommendations.
Each month there are four sessions with a rotating topic every week. They include:
- User & Role Management - best practices for managing users and permissions
- Configuration Changes - best practices for using Visual Import, customizing fields, and other common configuration changes
- WorkStream - key features to take advantage of in WorkStream
- CrossComply - key features and functionality to take advantage of in CrossComply
These sessions are highly recommended for you and your team to learn and enhance your practice with AuditBoard. Our virtual house of experts will walk through your previously submitted questions or address your live questions, time permitting.
