We will be sunsetting the ability to render HTML code within WorkStream survey questions, starting April 7, 2025.

Who is impacted by this: Customers who have inserted HTML code into their Workstream questions, such as <strong>This is bold text.</strong>

What’s changing:

  1. We are fixing a bug that prevented URLs that were part of a Linkified field from being clickable in the WorkStream task. That URL will now be a clickable link.
  2. We are REMOVING the ability to add HTML directly into Workstream questions. This means that if you have manually entered HTML into a Workstream question, the HTML will no longer render. For example, instead of displaying This is bold text, it will display the unrendered HTML code <strong>This is bold text</strong>.

What to do if you’ve coded HTML directly into WorkStream questions: If you have active projects using these survey templates, you will need to clone the templates and remove the raw HTML code from the questions before April 7, 2023. After April 7, the unrendered HTML code will be visible on your survey question.
